Description
As agreed at the 6/5 meeting, Relicensing Participants will discuss LWM upstream of Englebright, below Englebright and together.  Agencies said they'd like to have a plan, and YCWA asked for agencies, if they could, to email to YCWA a recent plan they like for reference.  At 7/8 meeting, it was agreed FS would redline YCWA's Draft Transportation Plan by 8/5 and the redlines would be discussed at 819 meeting beginning at 10:30 AM.
