Use Licensee's "straw man" study proposals as starting point, but this does not preclude suggesting additional study proposals.  Relicensing Participants are encouraged to redline Licensee's study proposals and email them/discuss them with Licensee prior to the meeting.  Licensee's Geology and Soils, Water Resources and Riparian/Wetland study proposals are on the Website and include: 1) Channel Morphology Upstream of Englebright; 2) Channel Morphology Downstream of Englebright (to be posted to website 7-10 days prior to the meeting); 3) Hydrologic Alteration; 4)
Water Balance/Operations Model; 5) Water Quality; 6) Bioaccumulation; 7) Water Temperature Monitoring; 8)
Water Temperature Model; 9) Riparian Habitat Upstream of  Englebright; 10) Riparian Habitat Downstream of Englebright (to be posted to website 7-10 days prior to the meeting); and 11) Wetlands.  Licensee also plans to discuss the Narrows 2 Intake Extension Study Proposal.  Meeting participants will set order for discussion at the meeting and may complete the discusison of al study proposals on the first of the 2-day session, and cancel the second day.
