Location

HDR, Sacramento

Start Time

Description

The agenda includes:
Need for continuation of water temperature monitoring at FYLF margin sites – licensee brings data from the most recent downloads of dataloggers, in DSS, with flow, and potentially air temperature.

- Schedule Study 6.1 riparian analysis transect selection meeting and briefly discuss the info/tools we will need for that meeting.

- Spill cessation ‘desired conditions’, by resource area (e.g., fish, frogs, sediment, riparian, etc.) - discussion among RLP and licensee.

- PHABSIM WUA results for spawning – we request that Jarvis attend for at least part of the meeting.

- Review model run output from licensee’s fish minimum flow run.

- Discuss approaches for developing next model runs, including how to incorporate the various agency/NGO spill recession proposals.

- Clarification on sluice gate capacities at Our House and Log Cabin dams and opportunities for testing under high flow conditions.

- Schedule Fall (~Oct) meeting on engineering solutions for potential new flows below Our House and Log Cabin dams.

- Discussion on how to incorporate new license flows for Yuba-Bear/Drum-Spaulding and South Feather WPA into a model run – this was originally supposed to be a separate meeting, but it appears there is wide interest, so if we can get to it later in the day on Weds. that would be good.
