YCWA have clean revised Monitoring Plan to be consistent with what was discussed on 7/13; note anywhere there are differences from 7/13 discussion; and address CDFW's concerns regarding stranding; and RPs provide feedback on other components they proposed for the plan (e.g., chan morph, BMI, riparian), RST above Englebright and Redd Surveys above Englebright.
