Try to Reach Agreement on: • Our House and Log Cabin Diversion Dams and New Bullards Bar Reservoir Large Woody Material Management Plan. The plan that was filed by YCWA in its Response was revised at the 11/14 meeting and emailed to Amy and Phil. Relicensing Participants will redline that plan and return it to YCWA for review prior to the 1/16 meeting. • Aquatic Invasive Species Management Plan. The FS said they had a few changes to the plan that was agreed to and filed by YCWA in its Amended FLA. The FS said they would redline the plan and email it to YCWA for review prior to the 1/16 meeting. • Drought Management Plan. Relicensing Participants may redline the plan that was filed by YCWA in its Amended FLA and provide it to YCWA for review prior to the 1/16 meeting. However, Relicensing Participants may decide not to do this, in which case this would be removed from the agenda. • LYR Flow Schedule. Relicensing Participants redline the revised LWR Flow Schedule (i.e., Water Year Types) that was filed by YCWA in its Response and provide it to YCWA for review prior to the 1/16 meeting. • LYR Spring Flow Recession Rate. Relicensing Participants redline the LYR Spring Flow Recession Rate that was filed by YCWA in its Response and provide it to YCWA for review prior to the 1/16 meeting. • Sediment Management Plan. YCWA redline the Sediment Management Plan that YCWA included in its Amended FLA to try to incorporate lessons learned during recent mechanical removal and passage events. YCWA to email redline to Relicensing Participants for review prior to the 1/16 meeting.
