Visit to Narrows 2 Powerhouse

On Monday January 9, 2012 an email proposing a site visit to Narrows 2 Powerhouse on February 15, 2012 was sent.  Key attendees informed YCWA that this day conflicted with other required commitments and proposed February 14, 2012 as an alternative.  YCWA has coordinated with several potential attendees and has confirmed February 14 is the final attendance date.

Several individuals have confirmed attendance by RSVP, which is due February 1.  If you RSVP’d and this date will not allow for your attendance please alert jim.lynch@hdrinc.com at your earliest convenience. 

For the day of the event, please meet at 9:00am at YCWA’s Office for a brief informational meeting.  The group will drive to Narrows 2 (approximately 1 hour) and spend several hours viewing recon data collection and the facilities.  There will be minimal hiking, but please bring appropriate hiking footwear, water, and lunch.  Expect to conclude the event at the powerhouse no later than 3pm.
