At the 7/15/09 Agency/NGO meeting, License and Relicensing Participants agreed to meeting to reach agreement on the Relicensing Coommunictaion Guidelines.  Individuals who expressed an interest to participate included Mulder, Tupper, Giglio, Thompson, Parks, M. Lynch, Leimbach, Jacobson and J. Lynch.  To faciliate the process, on 7/16, J. Lynch distributed to the above a Word version of the draft Communication Guidleines on the Relicesning Website.
