Use Licensee's "straw man" study proposals as starting point, but this does not preclude suggesting additonal study proposals.  Relicensing Participants are encourged to redline Licensee's study proposals and email them/discuss them with Licensee prior to the meeting.  Licensee's non-ESA/CESA aquatic resources study proposals are on the Website and include: 1) Aquatic  Macroinvertebrates; 2) Special-Status Aquatic Mollusks; 3) Special-Status Amphibians – Foothill Yellow-Legged Frog (discussed at a previous meeting); 4) Special-Status Amphibians – Foothill Yellow-Legged Frog Habitat Modeling; 5) Special-Status Turtles – Western Pond Turtle (discussed at a previous meeting); 6) Reservoir Fish Populations; 7) Stream Fish Populations Upstream of USACE’s Englebright Reservoir; 8) Stream Fish Populations Downstream of USACE’s Englebright Reservoir (to be posted by meeting); 9) Fish Instream Flow Upstream of USACE’s Englebright Reservoir; and 10) Fish Entrainment.  Meeting participants will set order for discussion at the meeting and may complete the discusison of al study proposals on the first of the 2-day session, and cancel the second day.
