Description
- For the near term, YCWA and RPs have agreed to work on the LWM issue collaboratively as a comprehensive plan for the whole Project area.  As we get closer to YCWA’s timeframe for working on a license application amendment, we will revisit the question of whether we can continue to treat this as a comprehensive plan or will need to break it into parts for each entity’s filings with FERC.
- We will focus on four major elements:  1) passage of wood at Our House, 2) passage of wood at Log Cabin, 3) collecting and stockpiling of wood at NBB, and 4) disposal/movement of wood at NBB.
- The Outline document now includes some green highlighted text which shows where we are in agreement (basically elements 1 and 2).
- At the 3/11 meeting, RPss will bring comments on element 3 and potentially 4.
