The scheduled February 9 Relicensing Participants meeting will begin at YCWA’s office at 1 PM and will focus on: 1) a report by YCWA on the status of its filing with FERC of redlined study proposals; 2) a report by YCWA on the status of its review to determine which studies it might begin in 2011 prior to FERC’s Determination; 3) Riparian Habitat Below Englebright Dam Study Proposal; and 4) the process (e.g., identify at which scheduled meetings which study proposal would be discussed) for continuing discussions of study proposals with the goal of reaching consensus on as many as possible before YCWA files its Proposed Study Plan.
