The agenda for the September 15 Relicensing Participants Meeting will include the following items:
• Schedule Review• Discussion of Comments on Revised Study Plano As a group, identify any difference that might be resolved between YCWA and those who commented on the Revised Study Plan. If so, attempt to resolve those differences and, if successful, advise FERC. • Fish Entrainment Studyo YCWA and Relicensing Participants agreed to continue discussions regarding differences about this study. YCWA had an action item to issue a brief white paper on the results of its investigation regarding netting at the diversion tunnels. That white paper is attached. Forest Service had an action item to obtain from Biomark a suggested approach to monitoring entrainment using pit tags. It has also been suggested that YCWA and Relicensing Participants request additional time from FERC to continue discussions of this study plan. • Special-Status Reptiles – Western Pond Turtle Studyo YCWA and Relicensing Participants agreed to continue discussions regarding differences on this study, specifically with regards to radio tagging/entrainment monitoring requested by the Forest Service and others. • YCWA’s Study Implementation Planso YCWA would like to briefly present its plans to begin many of the studies, contingent on FERC’s Determination and disputes. YCWA believes this might facilitate participation by interested parties.• Other
