Last December, Relicensing Participants teed up the following study proposals in January with the goal of reaching a can-live-with-it consensus by the end of January, and then YCWA, based on assessment of funds and risk, would consider moving forward with each one’s we agree on in 2011 prior to the FERC Study Determination: 1) Channel Morphology Above Englebright (Study 1.1); 2) Water Quality (Study 2.3); 3) Bioaccumulation (Study 2.4); 4) Water Temperature Monitoring (Study 2.5); 5) Special-Status Amphibians – FYLF Surveys (Study 3.3); 6) Stream Fish Populations Above Englebright (Study 3.8); 7) Instream Flow Above Englebright (Study 3.10); and 8) Riparian Habitat Above Englebright (Study 6.1).  These studies will be discussed for a can-live with-it decision, with emphasis at this meeting on the Channel Morphology and Riparian Habitat study proposals (the other study proposals have been discussed in January).
