Historic Properties and Traditional Cultural Properties Study Plan and Area of Potential Effects

 

Yuba County Water Agency proposes to meet with Tribes and agencies on Friday, May 6, 2011 to:
1) Review the final drafts of the Historic Properties and Traditional Cultural Properties Study Plans as revised by the group at the January 26 and February 22, 2011 meetings, unless the Group reaches a consensus to accept the final revisions and changes by telephone or email prior to May 6th.
2) Potentially discuss and seek consensus on the Project’s Area of Potential Effects for conducting the Historic Properties and Traditional Cultural Properties Studies, unless the Group reaches a consensus to accept the Ape, or any final revisions and changes to the APE, by telephone or email prior to May 6th.
3) Discuss UAIC's requested modifications on YCWA's above-mentioned cultural studies.
